Before procedure:
- No chemical peels, botox, retinol, glycolic acids, salicylic acid, or any other acid creams or lotions on the skin prior to procedure
- No mortring or nsaids medications, or alcohol 48 hours prior to procedure
- No sun exposure or sun burn prior to procedure
- Stop using fish oil and omega supplements 7 days prior to treatment
NOT recommended:
- ABSOLUTELY NO SUN EXPOSURE in the first 72 hours post treatment
- After 72 hours post treatment minimize sun exposure and use high SPF cream with peptides
- Use protective serum as instructed by your provider (twice a day)
- Some pain, redness, swelling and burning is normal
- You can use cold compress to alleviate mild discomfort
- Sleep with your head elevated
- No swimming, no hot tubs, no work outs, no saunas, no botox, no filler treatment
- No retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, acid peels, or cleansers, no face masks that peel
- And most of all do not pick on the dots, do not remove them, do not use scrubs or facial brushes
- No direct water from the shower head
- Use mild soap to clean and pad with clean towel to dry, no rubbing!
